    There is some sort of problem connecting our server. Everyone @ work who has a BB (no matter the provider) is able to set up personal email accounts, but unable to set up our work email account. We've checked with our IT Dept. & there's no reason why it shouldn't work, but a number of us have tried everything, including entering our own information (POP, server info, etc.) Our email can be accessed either on Lotus Notes or through Outlook & we've all tried setting up both ways. We do know it CAN be done, as a former employee was able to set hers up last year. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on? Any new things to try? This is getting very frustrating!

    I went through the steps on BIS when i had my curve, but when i upgraded to the Tour, it seemed like it couldn't be done. Finally after almost 2 hrs with Verizon and Blackberry Support the last guy fixed the problem in like 10 min. Call BB support, Im confident they can get you set up or tell you whats wrong.
