    When I go into setup wizard, it doesn't give me the option to set up a personal email account, only to set up a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like you still have an old IT policy on your BB. Search for how to completely remove an IT policy.

    Sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan correctly set up.

    You won't get the Personal Email Setup without the correct data plan.
