Making calls from overseas using UMA is considered like making calls from home. Suppose you live in the USA and visiting France.
    (a) While in France, if you call a number in the USA, it will be considered like you are calling this number from the USA.
    (b) While in France, if you call a number in France, it will be considered like you are calling this number from the USA.
    (c) While in France, if you call a number in South Africa, it will be considered like you are calling this number from the USA.

These calls are assumed to be made using UMA.

in other word, it's base on your phone number, not where you are. If you have a US number, no matter where you are in the world, using uma, you will get charge like when you call with your home phone.

The good thing is when you are over sea, you can call home without getting any charge.
