I have a 8900 configured with OS 231, which worked correctly in my e-business with lotus, to migrate to OS 250, I had trouble configuring it to be somebody know why?

Need more information... what errors or issues are you having??? Not that I know much about Lotus, but we need more information.

Ok , I previously had the OS 231,to set up corporate email, had the following fields: corporate email and email activation password - now with 250 OS ask for: directionfrom activation server?? and gives me error and directs me to the administrator

Try going to Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, press Menu and select Register Now.
