I don't know what happened, but I can't get the trackball to scroll down on anything. It feels like its stuck. It will move side to side and up....(well, now its stuck on the profile icon and I can't get it off of there.

Can I remove it without breaking it? If so, how. Or do I need to take it to the sprint store and get them to fix it. It is always covered with an otterbox as I work outside and sometimes it gets dusty.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

you know, I tried holding it down and moving it before posting, and I did a search before posting as well. I guess not the right key words.

Anyway, I really had to force it to move, but it finally did.

Sorry didn't mean to make it sound like you didn't do your homework, since I really didn't know the answer I was just hoping to point you in the right direction
