Mine was at 80; read a post around here that said 70 was better; now have it at 60. I was having problem w/In OM in which the TB was moving so fast I couldn't control it.

I always was at the default 70 until reading this. I am now at 80, I like the blazing fast speed to match with my super fast typing

I have mine set at 80 Seems a little smoother and easier to navigate!

nice. i hate when i have to move the trackball several times to get to something 2 positions down in the list. so i upped the sensitivity

i turned it down to 70 to just try it.
its eh. i don't make as many mistakes when i'm in a rush cause the berry isn't going as fast as i am. but when scrolling in a message or note its annoying.
