as i was enjoying my fathers day barbcue at the lake i went to get in a jon boat after a few (many) beers which wasnt a good idea. me and my trusty pain in the a55 8350i went for a dip together. resulting in a good laugh and soaked bb. as i have no insurance on my phone beause how do you fall into a lake lamo . i was wondering if anyone was selling there 8350 beause everyone hates it and there going someplace else. i will look on ebay but i trust the people here more then the guy from butfuk idaho. thanks for your help.

    ps

i am trying to dry it out but its not looking good beacuse i though it was funny when i got wet and wasnt worried for the few hours i kept it holster in my wet shorts

Try taking the battery out and put all pieces in a zip lock back full of dry rice for a couple of days .I have fixed a couple of wet phones like this ..Good luck with it ..

Take it apart and dry it out really good for a couple days. There is a good chance it will be ok. I have done this with other cell phones once or twice but never with a Blackberry. Good luck

My girlfriend had her bb in her purse along with a container of soy sauce. Needless to say she had a kung pow blackberry. She took the battery out let it sit out and dry for about 3 day, when she put it back together it worked like a charm.
    Good luck!

another common trick is submerging it in a bowl of rice. It'll pull all the moisture out in a day or 2.

    NON COOKED RICE. >.<

Now Kung Pow Berry! Thats funny right there! haaahaaa! But I have heard of the rice trick...Load a baggy up with uncooked rice grains and place it in and seal it up...The rice will leach the moisture out....Berry on a bed of rice!
