I was playin with my girl's phone tryin to guess her password and after too many attempts the phone seems to have factory reset. The pictures are still loaded so I believe the SD card wasn't reformatted. How do I reset it?

How do you reset what? Your phone should have auto reset.

The only way to solve this is that if she had a backup, even if it was a couple of months old, and restore it.

There is nothing you can do. The phone's internal memory has been wiped clean and is the same as new out of the box. If she has a backup she can restore her data with Desktop Manager. Maybe you should not have been messing around with someone else's password protected phone. Your going to have to man-up and tell her what you did.
