I third BerryAnnoying.

Just download the app and set your camera button to go to "BerryAnnoying" and not the camera.

When you press it, your camera starts up and you can take pics without a sound. There's really difference using BerryAnnoying and your regular camera button except the app gets rid of the noise for good.
