I posted a thread looong ago asking if there was an equivalent to "home" and "end" on a PC. Everyone said there was no way to do it and you have to scroll all the way to the end or beginning or a line of text in an email you are typing etc.

EUREKA, I found the way!!!!

For the equivalent "home" and "end" function, simply hold "alt" and scroll left for home, right for end.

WOOHOO. No more scrolling, fumbling and skipping lines of text.

Spacebar is page down and shift+spacebar is page up

Thanks for the tip but on my 8900 you have to scroll up and down and it moves at what appears a page at a time, at least for the sms stuff..

I've done that for ages and find that to be the most usefull especailly when in a long list on sms texts
