just wondering if someone can help me out..

my problem is my keyboard does not work on my phone anymore and the track ball sometimes works the sleep button on the top left doesnt work when i press it either...

ive done a search on here and have taken apart the phone cleaned the keypad and the contacts also have cleaned the track ball and its contacts.

battery has a full charge

same issue is still happening.



i decided i would just install the blackberry desktop software and see if there was a option on it to copy all my contact info on to it.. however when i install it (i am using vista) it seems as if windows deletes it right after it installs ?? i dont know if its an issue with vista security of what??? but i go and click the desktop icon it creates and it says that its no longer a valid shortcut and prompts me to delte the icon.



what the **** do i do !
