Is there a way to use my curve 8310 as a modem on my laptop using windows 7 and can i use bluetooth? I have read on the internet there are ways to do it without having to pay for the service is that true? I use ATT
I am not aware that there is a way to do that anymore. I believe most carriers now require you to have a Tethering Plan as well on your current phone plan. There are programs that do cost you money, such as Tether, that works well on blackberry devices and I believe it supports Bluetooth as well. (I am on a MAC and as of last time I checked the MAC support for that program wasn't all that great.)
But I do not think there is a way to do it for free anymore.
