I searched and saw a bunch of other posts about BIS, but none had a fix for this. So if I missed something, just throw a link my way.
I can't get into my BIS login to make any changes to my account. Email has been kind of slow lately for me, so I was going to re-send service books, that usually fixes things. I enter the correct username and password, but all I get is "Check you information and try again". I'm using Firefox 3, and I noticed the post a few days ago about a problem with that, so I tried IE as well. No dice.
I can't create a new account, because my PIN is already attached to one.
Also, my handset keeps telling me it's not registered with the network, but I know that it is. Every time I try to re-register from my Curve, I get errors as well.
On top of that, my at&t wireless login is weird too. So I'm striking out all over this weekend. Any ideas?
