    I've noticed a number of people were getting errors when synching with OutLook. I had no problems for six months, then out of the blue I started getting an error message that said: "Intellisync - Unknown error."

    This solution may not work for everyone, but this what finally got my BB synching correctly again:

    1. Plug in your BB and click SYNCHRONIZE on the BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER.

    2. There are TWO TABS at the top of the SYCHRONIZE desktop screen. Click on the CONFIGURATION TAB.

    3. On the bottom half of the CONFIGURATION SCREEN there is a section titled ADVANCED. In the ADVANCED section, click on RESET CONFIGURATION.

    4. You will be asked to choose your configuration options again. I walked through my OutLook set up again, then synched my BB and it worked perfectly!

    Finally, I am synched up! Yeah!

    I hope this helps other people solve their synching problem.

    Tried this on the Pearl when I got the same error.... no change. Still receiving the Intellisync "unknown error" message when it begins to synch Outlook calendar.
