I updated my 8330 last week on my h's PC when BB sent out the notice. Since doing that, the phone will not sync. The phone does show it is connected. The program pretends that it is working, but nothing happens. I do not receive an error message.
I use Pocket Mac (have tried Missing Sync in past - wasted $40)
I have a MacBook w/Leopard about 6 mos old
The phone is a year old, w/ verizon if that matters
This has happened before, and although talking with BB people has resolved the problem each time getting on the phone with them also wastes HOURS and, inevitably, some information gets lost.
I know BB is coming out with new software in Sept (hey...isn't it September now? Where is it already?), but I can't hold my breath waiting for them and the inevitable problems new software always has.
