LOL - you're probably right. I'm not holding my breath. And it doesn't really matter. They're not going to fix it anyway. I've been through this numerous times before. I go through the hoops of them sending me texts several times, I tell them I'm getting them, and then 2 hours later - no texts. Whatever!
So 3 emails....3 different reps and 2 voicemails!!!! Why tell us to call if you won't answer? If you wanted us to leave a voicemail so you could call back why not just call us!!!!!!
