    I recieved an e-mail...no call yet. I want to tell them that my $$$ has a national outage on it, and that I will pay them when I get it back up and running, but I cann assure them that it will be there by 2 billing cycles

    LOL - you're probably right. I'm not holding my breath. And it doesn't really matter. They're not going to fix it anyway. I've been through this numerous times before. I go through the hoops of them sending me texts several times, I tell them I'm getting them, and then 2 hours later - no texts. Whatever!

    Seriously, tho - I wonder why they haven't called any of you. Maybe "my rep" just got back from lunch and decided to do something different....take the plunge and call the p*ssed off customer. Hmmm, maybe that's why I haven't heard back from her like promised.
