alright my girlfriends berry 8330 takes pictures fine and video also, but when she tries to view them they are only visible in thumbnail version they wont open to be viewed fullscreen the screen just stays black help please???

the only thing I can say is click on the highlighted pic when you viewing it and it should be full size

Yes, it *should* go to full screen but the OP says the screen just stays black. Sorry, I have no idea but when in doubt, try a battery pull - remove the battery with the phone on, wait half a minute or so, and replace.
