I'm having a problem. When I'm on the phone, SMS/MMS messages come through, but there is no audible notification. Thus, if I'm on the phone for 20 minutes, it's entirely possible that I will receive texts but be completely unaware of it. Is there a setting I can change so that the tone plays even if I'm on the phone?

yes, there is a part in the profile section when u edit ur profile, there is a 'do not disturb' qiestion, put 'NO,
