I applied this Verizon OS upgrade yesterday but since have not been able to receive SMS or send an SMS. Does anyone else have this issue? My wife is having the same problem.

Try Manage Connections>Mobile Network Options>Menu>Update Profile first.

If that doesn't work, log into BIS through your Email Settings icon, click Help>Send Service Books.

One of these should get you running.
