When she receives a picture message she's directed to Multimedia Message Access to enter a passcode instead of receiving the pic directly on her phone. Is this correct? Her employer recently took over her personal account, so could they have removed MMS? Any way I can confirm this?
I have heard that a lot lately (i work in a alltel store converted to verizon). have directed my customers to tech support and most problems have been cleared up right away. something to do with the billing conversion i think.
