I'm trying to help my daughter set up email on her new curve 8330. On my phone, when I click email setup, I get 3 options: 1. I want to create or add email address. 2. I want to use a work email acct with a BB enterprise server, or 3. I want to skip.

My GF had this same issue, and I told her to use the track ball and scroll up to option one ...... in which she replied "Oh"
try resending the service books. if the phone was turned on before the blackberry data plan was initiated, you'll need (the simplest way anyways) is to do a battery pull
