saved text already on the sim card

So I just got 8900 3 days ago and my sim card has like 30 saved text on the sim card from my previous phone, I was wondering how can I retrieve them or find them so I can view them again. I try looking around on the phone and so like sms sim inbox something like that and nothing. Can someone help me ?

Go to messages>menu click>view saved messages.

says no messages

no messages in there either, my previous phone it said my sim card can only hold up to 30 saved text so its 30/30, now on the blackberry I cant find it
