Sorry if this has been brought up before, which I'm sure it has, but the roller ball on my 8320 doesn't make the little clicking noise/have the button feel to it anymore. I wouldn't be bringing this up if I have had it for a while, bit I have only had this replacement for about 2 months or so now and it sits in an armored case, with a cover, and I am EXTREMELY cautious with it. Is this very common? What are my options here? Thanks everyone!

Did you maybe disable the clicking noise from the screen/keyboard screen?

Are you able to select items using your trackball? If not then you should get another replacement phone for your current one!
