Just got a new one to replace other one that my boss stepped on...it was working but the lens was all cracked. Employer got me a new one rather than replace lens. I backed up the old one, restored to the new one and well, it just doesn't go that easy....
All download apps had to be re-downloaded, profiles are hosed and redone, contacts got duplicated....

Anyway, the ringtones I assign based on their name are not what is being played when a call or msg comes in...no matter whether it's a profile assigned or just a custom ringtone. For instance, I assign a Bruce Springsteen tone to a contact for phone and a Looney Tune that I have plays

Any clue how to resolve this? I deleted all profiles and exceptions and started new and reassigned custome ringtones for others and the problem still exists.
