Can someone tell me if I do options-security-general-etc. to wipe my 4.5.0.52 if it will go back to its original OS or will it just wipe the BB of all info but the OS will remain 4.5.0.52?

The OS will remain .52. you will just wipe all data off your device to get it back to the original you will have to donwgrade the OS.

I'm pretty sure the same OS will still be there, but let's see what other people have to say. If you want to downgrade then you should wipe with JL_Cmder and put your old OS back on there

Are you looking to get the original carrier OS? Because, as others said, the wipe will only wipe data.

To put the carrier OS back on you will need to download the file and then follow the link in my signature for Proper Upgrade/Downgrade Procedure
