    I've been having problems getting mail to download to my BB in a timely fashion. I was told to resend my Service Books.

    I thought I knew how--but maybe I don't. Can someone help me? I have an 8330. I need step by step if you can help.

    Please type slowly so I can follow the directions carefully. :-)

    Go into your email settings/setup app on the phone

    Scroll down to the area that says help/ click on the help button

    once inside of help there is an option that says resend service books. click on that

    If you don't know your login and password, call your carrier and tell them to reset your BIS password and login, it will only take a few minutes...

    This is true... When Verizon sets up the phones they do all the passwords and what not for your acct. Then when i broke my other berry and got this one i had to call them to get the password.
