I bought a 2gbt media card it worked fine until I took it out an replaced it now it says I have to format it I do this an it freezes I have bb curve8330 help me please

Before trying anything, have you done a battery pull with the phone on?
Here's one possible solution: Connect the device to a PC with a USB cable in with Mass Storage Mode=On. If you can read it on the PC, copy the files from it, reformat the card with your BlackBerry, then recopy the files to the card.
Put it back in, from the home screen select Menu/Options/Memory scroll to Media card, press Menu and select insert or repair. Don't know if this will work but it made sense to me.

Like the post quoted above make sure you move all the data on it to your computer before you reformat the card or everything on it will be lost!
