I have an mp3/ipod plug-in in my car stereo. I also have music on my curve. the headphone jack is the same size for both of these, but for some reason when i plug in my phone, it is much quieter coming out of my speakers than when the ipod is plugged in. the volume is up all the way on my phone and it is still much quieter. i dont know if anyone else has this problem, or if there is a way to fix?? i might just have a wrong cable, but i dont think thats it. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

From the Media screen push the BlackBerry button and select Options. Then scroll down to Audio Boost and turn it on. After a page full of disclaimers you can make it louder.

It won't cause any damage to your speaker, just your ears.

Hearing damage isn't something to be laughed at... prolonged listening at high volumes can cause severe irreversible damage.
