So I recently got a 8320 and unlocked it to replace my pearl. I have .37 running on it and I can't seem to get youtube to work on my phone through Wi-Fi..
I am using Opera Mini (WORKS FINE ON 4.5) and I can navigate to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. but once I get to the screen of the video where it shows a little thumbnail and "Watch Video" under it I can't click anything to play the video. When I try to click the thumbnail nothing happens and when I try to click "Watch Video" nothing happens as well. It just stays at that screen.
I do not have a data plan and I am on ROGERS, but that leads to another question I have, Will the Browser installed with the phone work with Wi-Fi? If so, how do I configure it to run on WiFi? because I opened the browser and it doesn't show whether its on WiFi or not.
If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks
If it loads up faster than normal, it's on wifi. Also I believe you need to use the BB browser. I had issues as well when trying to use OM to watch youtube.
