On my DM the Reconcile Messages icon is greyed out and won't let me click on it. From my understanding that is what I can use to sync to outlook without using the cord to sync. How do I get that so it is not greyed out any longer, I can't figure it out.

Wireless sync is only possible using BES. If you are on BIS, this option really doesn't do anything and it is not possible to sync wirelessly.

what about a sync using the USB cable, it is still grayed out?

Yeah I'd like to know that. I want to be able to sync emails SENT from my BB to Outlook. I use DM and a USB connection, Curve 8300, AT&T, s/w 4.2.2.166.

I have used the usb cable and it is still greyed out.

i am still loookiing for a solution to sync my sent items.

any ideas??
