    As many of you know, I was an old BB user and have just switched back. I took the plunge on Saturday and got a Curve. No reason to wait for the new one, since I do not need GPS. I set up my personal email, and then set up my biz email. But just did it on the phone, which was odd, all it asked for was email address, username, and password. Personal, seemed to work great, but biz was not receiving emails. Then I come into work today and now the biz one is working fine. So I decide to get on the computer and go to the AT&T/Blackberry website and when I put in my pin and other number, it says that I am not available to view this info via the web, only via my phone. Can anyone help this "sortof" newbie?

    Atleast your question was answered

    I also had this problem setting someone else's BB up when they switched. His account had been suspended as he lost his previous BB. However, after the setup was done on the phone, it did allow access via PC after. However if it persists, contact your Network.
