I dont know if anyone else has this problem but my new 8520(tmobile) will not update for some weird reason. I have tried MANY times. Deleted and downloaded both the phone os and desktop manager twice. Tried using a different software(forget the name) and this phone will not update.

When using Apploader, it acts like its updating and it says "successful" but when i look at options>about, its still showing 4.6. I have also removed battery and put back many times. I just dont get it.

yup. i made sure i deleted it every single time i updated it

i have the same issue i see the update and its available with a star saying only for registered users!!!! when i press next it does not update i need help vendor file is deleted and still nothing still 4.6 i downgraded from 5.0 leaked version from tellus help!!!

yes i did that too. im going to try again tonight.
