    Hello all!

    Sorry my bad English, but can you say me whats problem is it?

    They send me a phone to resolve a problem, so I see the number of LCD but doesn't appears anything! So, I see that version 005 of screen. After received my item (screen) e tryed put in phone and when I turn on the phone appears that in image! can you say me what's wrong?

    Its the screen. You will need to get the internal and external (sorry for my termology I'm no expert with LCDs) as I believe that is the issue. It appears the phone does function, its just the screen went nuts! It may cost you more to repair this than get a new one (as with my old 9700)
