Hi. got my new 8830 from Verizon today. I went into profiles and changed the ring tone and volume level, saved it, and exited. Nothing changed. What did I do wrong? Thanks. Jimbo
So, you went BACK in, and all the settings were back to default? Try changing them again, saving it, then pulling the battery out. Put the battery back in, power on, and check to see if it kept the settings you chose...
Not really sure how I did it, but I went into the profiles, made LOUD (active )and when I was in LOUD, I went to phone, and at the top of the screen, it showed PHONE IN LOUD, and I made the changes, saved them, and they took!!! Thanks.
