I have a BB 8310 and when I go to options-mobile network then menu key I have no option for preferred network list or anything about roaming at all. Does anyone have any idea how to get this to come up?

My BB is with AT&T and is unlocked.

I may be wrong, but I think AT&T will be all you will see.

If you have an AT&T sim card, AT&T will be all you see, since the sim card is programmed to look for AT&T networks in the US only. The only exception to that rule is if you are roaming, then the SIM will allow you to see other networks to choose from.

I do lots of business in Mexico for the past & years and have had Cingular/AT&T service since then. Never any problems up until several months ago when my phone quit using the TELCEL network and switched over to MOVISTAR. On the TELCEL network i have 3G, caller ID, voicemail works normal, etc...) nothing on the MOVISTAR network EDGE, no Caller ID, etc...

How can i get my phone to see the other network if i can't get the Manage Network Option??? Please help its getting frustrating!
