Hi. I still cannot connect my Curve 8900 to our BES (Professional Software) via the remote setup and the password created through the BES. The email adress is OK, the password is OK, everything seems to be good, but the communication doesnt work. It stays hanging on the very first step of the remote activation.

Here is a short piece from my MAGT log file from our BES. Please, can anybody help my, where is the problem?

Did you try calling 6-1-1....I don't have BES I have BIS....however the 6-1-1 blackberry support is quite good
