    I have two email addresses that come into my blackberry - one is work and the other is yahoo.
    I am not receiving my work emails to my Blackberry but I can receive my yahoo emails.
    We don't have an IT dept, Verizon is no help and I have tried to take the battery out, turn it on and off, reset the settings and nothing works.

    Can anyone help!?

    well your in the wrong forum, but we can try and help.

    have you resent your service books? you have to log into your BIS accout to do so.

    also if you are setup on BES you would have to get in touch with whoever got you the phone then.

    Make sure your password has not changed since you've set up your work email on the BB. That happens a lot to peeps where I work, we have to change our login PW every 3 months (affects email as well), and they forget to change it on the BB and wonder why they are not receiving any new work emails.
