You do know that there has been a 4.5 OS upgrade out for quite a while, right? ;)

I would suggest checking out the themes section of the forum. I've seen a lot of sports themes there. Some theme builders also take requests.

Theme should be the last concern. Id spend the time updating those devices to 4.5 then check out the Dallas theme that xliderider found for you.
