I can't open my blackberry mesengger , ):
What should I do ?
I take off battery n sim card for 1/2 hour already .
Then, its still can't opened,
Then I try to re-install it back,
But, same problem, still not opened,
Slow but sure, one by one of my friends have been deleted ..
Before I just have +1000 contacts, 4 groups ..
Please give me some advice,

To open your ???? You must use a !!!! That works every time on the 8530. If it's an 8520 however, well that a different story entirely. Opening ???? on the 8520 requires a lot of s*@! and doesn't always work.

If all else fails perform a battery pull.

Back to the question. So you can't open BlackBerry Messenger, huh? Have you tried doing a battery pull? Battery pull is taking the battery out of the phone, and putting it back in after a couple of seconds.

I imagine he assigned autotext to put one a symbol when he types BBM. Since the symbol is not present in here, we got "???"s.

Did you update the OS recently? Sometimes BBM/AppWorld bug and they only get back to work after you downgrade the OS and update again.

But, same conditions, nothing happen when I click it,
Then , I deleted it, I download bbm verse 5.0 ..
After that, I still can't open it

How to update OS ?
