Please help, its driving me insane.....

So i recently upgraded my wife from the Blackberry Flip to the Blackberry 8520. She had her pop.bizmail.yahoo.com email set up on her Flip just fine. When i went to transfer her info to the new phone now its giving me an error code saying "leave messages on server." Apparantly when I change those settings in outlook she is still unable to receive them. She can send just fine, but no receiving. Please if anybody has had this same issue tell me how to fix it. I have never had that issue before.

can't she just do yahoo the normal way? that's what i did & it worked fine.
