Dont unplug it yet. What do you see on the screen? What is happening......
Right now it is attached to my laptop, the BB has a black screen and the app loader is just sitting there on the load JVM and system software.
Once I started to load the upgraded OS to my BB it took somewheres around 40 - 60 mins for mine. What version DM are you using?
I'm using 4.5 DM but it has been like an hour and half
That seems a bit long to me.
exactly it never took this long before and i'm not even past the first step of the process
Yeah it shouldn't be taking that long...
Well does anyone have any ideas? I'm almost to the point to pulling the usb cable and hope for the best
cant you give the screen shoot, load JVM and system, i pressume that was a first step(3 step process in the beginning),,
-(before backup file and donloading cmiiw-a long step)i got it to..
i just unplug usb cable, hard reset, end task the ApploaderWebSL-Upgrade.msi
