I~m new and Today I recived my new phone 8350i and I put Boost Mobile sim card and is ok to call but when I trie to call one frend in my contact list is error in the conection?
Ex:my area code is 305 and fren number is 8888888 is I trie to call only the 7 number is ok or is I trie 3058888888 i os to but in my contact list I have the number 3058888888 and when Itrie to call from my contact list the screen I see the number 13058888888 with 12 firts error in the call

In Phone Options / Smart Dialing, ensure you have your area code entered in the area code field. Use 1 for National Dialing should be Yes as well.

Menu , Options , I not see Smart Dialing in Options Icon?

Press the Green Phone button, then Menu / Options. That will take you to the phone options.

In option I put 305 and save country code I put Unknown and is work fine If I put Country code 1 when I recived one call is ok but If Itrie to call back show error in the conecction

If you are in the US, your country code should be +1 and your Area Code 305. Is that what you have?

from what others have posted with the same problem... set you country code to unknown, that seems to fix it.
