Do you have a media card in the device? If so, connect your phone to your PC via the cable, and it should act as a hard drive. Go to your hard drive listing and you will be able to find the pictures there

Nope Have none at this time. I did turn on mass storage. I found Roxia but that is of no help to me.

If you plug in your Blackberry then go to My computer it should recognize as a drive, and you should be able to see the pictures stored there.

You must use Roxio Media Manager in order to see the Device Memory. Mass Storage Mode does not work for the Device Memory.
