i am having issues with being able to open pictures that are being sent to my Blackberry.... i get a error message saying "that attachment is unable to be open on my device" it still wont allow the image to be opened up in a MMS either..... is there a app i can download to fix this or is there a easier fix?

I am on my berry right now but there is a thread dedicated to this issue and I don't believe that there is much that can be done except to call up customer service and complain. Ask the sender to send pics to your email address and chances are that will work out best but until this issue is addressed by sprint and rim. There isn't much we can do but use different sources to receive them at!
