i have a blackberry 8530...at first i was able to receive picture/MMS messages just fine...then all of a sudden nothing!. i can send pic messages but i cant receive them...text messages and emails work just fine...customer service couldnt help. can someone please help me

Have you tried doing a battery pull? And maybe that image, that you're receiving, is not supported kind of image file/format.
