    I don't know why but after I got the newest Desktop and synced my phone it won't charge or let me access anything. It shows the charging icon for 10 seconds then it goes away. I tested that it still works with my wall charger. I'm pretty confused?

    may want to try switching the port that your usb is on that worked for me once
