Everything that could go wrong with this thing has gone wrong. Its crashed, froze till I yank the battery which lasts about a half a day. I have lots of free memory in it and its clean as ever. I had an instinct before this one and they are a joke too.
I for one am not going to try to convince you of the value of the phone as
it appears you just want to rant. Otherwise you would have
detailed your issues and asked for help.
If you are not happy with the phone you are free to return it
and get something that suits your needs and standards better.
If you could lay out your issues specifically, i'm sure the good people of crackberry could help. They are awesome if you just slow down and tell them what problems you have specifically.
You should get a replacement, sounds like you have a lemon. I just got mine over a month ago - no problems, and I am amazed at the battery longevity. I have several apps. loaded, and it will last at least 2 to 3 days on a charge. Sorry for your bad experience.

I like the curve. It just has too many limits. Is there anyway it can play mpegs or mpgs? Why is it crashing like I pulled the battery out? Do I have a defective phone? I appogize for ranting.
More than likely you have a lemon. I had my BB Curve and had similar problems. It was lagging a bit,battery was draining in 4 hrs it was at 60%!,& I downloaded 2 apps and they both froze up on me. So I took it back to my local Sprint store and exchanged it for a new one. Everything works great and Am very suprised how long the battery lasts!
I know what the curve can and can't do. I have had other phone and never had as many problems as with this one. I probably have a lemon. And the curve has great potential. Razrs suk

It sounds like you have a defective Curve. I have had mine since February and have not had one problem with it. Exchange it for another one, before you give up on the BB.
You can load movies, tv shows, videos and music on the BB. There is SO much that you can learn here at CrackBerry about how to do all of this - my Curve becomes more powerful (for my uses) everyday. But it sounds like you need to deal with your defective product first. Good luck!
