hi im new to thos my name is lance ayers. my p? and problem is i just purchased a new 8350i from sprint. i was setting up the phone there was a new software version availabale, i didi it, but at the end there is a patching os problem. the bar graph gets to 52% light turns red screen goes black, and the cycle repeats it. any help pls let me know, lance ayers.
