when i try to connect my bb 8310 curve with blackberry desktop software, but i insert the password that i use to unlock my bb keyboard but the software don't accept it. wich password should i use ?
Is your password alpha, numeric or a combination of both.
The usual problem comes in when the p/word is entered mistakenly. For instance 1234, but if the ALT key is not held down it is actually wers or if
the ALT key is lifted one of the numbers will be a letter.
the default behavior of the password screen is alpha (alt to do numbers) so I would try to swap numbers for their respective letters. You may need to change the password on the BB so that you can verify if you've really made it alpha or numeric.
